Ingredients
Method:

Wash and drain the anchovies and remove any bones.
Chop.

Put the anchovies in a saucepan with the
garlic and slowly add
the oil.
Cook
for 15 minutes over a low
heat.

Stir in the butter and blend well. Serve hot
with Gorgonzola Savories.
