Ingredients
Method:

Cut the chicken livers into small pieces and season
with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a
saucepan and cook the chicken livers for 4 minutes.
Remove the livers and pour in the wine.

Add the
onion and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the tomato puree
and cook for 5 minutes.

Return the livers to the
sauce, break the eggs into the pan and cover with a
lid. Cook for 4 minutes.

Carefully lift out the
eggs with a fish slice and place on warm plates.
Spoon over the sauce and serve with Focaccia.
