Dip (Salsetta di Aglio) Recipe
Ingredients

175 g/6 oz/3/4 cups Ricotta cheese

3 garlic cloves, crushed
-
15 ml/1 tbsp double
(heavy) cream
-
5 ml/1 tsp salt
-
2.5 ml/1/2 tsp freshly
ground black pepper
-
15 ml/1 tbsp snipped fresh chives
-
Raw vegetable sticks,
to serve
Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a bowl and spoon into a
shallow serving dish.

Chill for 30 minutes. Serve
with raw vegetable sticks.
