Italian Recipes - Gorgonzola Dip (Salsetta di Gorgonazola) Recipe
Ingredients
100 g/4 oz/1 cup Gorgonzola cheese
75 g/3 oz/1/3 cup cream cheese
30 ml/2 tbsp single (light) cream
30 ml/2 tbsp brandy
15 ml/1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
Fresh vegetable sticks or grissini
Method:
Cream the Gorgonzola until soft and blend in the cream cheese and the single cream a little at a time.
Mix in the brandy and stir in the chives. Spoon into a small bowl and chill before serving with fresh vegetable sticks or grissini.
