Ingredients

  • 350 g/12 oz mixed cooked Italian meats (Milano salami, salsiccia, capicolla, prosciutto, mortadella)

  • 50 g/2 oz/1/3 cup mixed black and green olives

  • 15 ml/1 tbsp capers

  • Grissini or warm Ciabatta bread, to serve


Method:

  1. Lay the meats attractively on one large or four small serving plates.

  2. Scatter the olives and capers over. Serve with grissini or warm Ciabatta bread.
