Ingredients

3 garlic bulbs
-
2 fennel bulbs, sliced

1 shallot, chopped
-
15 ml/1 tbsp olive oil
Method:

Separate the garlic bulbs and peel. Place the garlic
cloves and the sliced fennel on to a large piece
of foil.

Add the chopped shallot and pour over the
olive oil.
-
Wrap up in a parcel and roast in a
preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for
30 minutes. Serve with grilled fish or meat.
