Puffs (Soffi di Olive Ripiene) Recipe
Ingredients

100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup
margarine, softened
-
225 g/8 oz/2 cups hard cheese,
grated
-
350g/12 oz/3 cups self-raising (selfrising) flour
-
5 ml/1 tsp paprika
-
25 stuffed olives,
drained and dried
Method:
-
Cream the margarine and cheese together. Add the
flour and mix in with the hands.

Stir in the paprika
and add enough water to form a soft dough. Chill the
dough for 10 to 20 minutes.

Mould a small piece of
pastry around each dry olive. Chill overnight.

Bake
in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6 for 10
to 12 minutes.
