Italian Recipes - Toasted Goats Cheese (Formaggio di Capra Tostato) Recipe
Ingredients
175 g/6 oz goats' cheese
10 ml/2 tsp olive oil
5 ml/1 tsp made mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Radicchio leaves
Method:
Cut the goats' cheese into 10 thin slices. Lay on a baking sheet.
Blend the oil with the mustard and brush over the cheese. Cook under the grill (broiler) until the cheese is bubbling and brown.
Sprinkle over the salt and pepper and serve on the radicchio.
