Almond Tagliatelle
(Tagliatelle alla Mandorle) Recipe
Ingredients

450 g/1lb tagliatelle
-
450 ml/2 cups double
(heavy) cream, whipped lightly
-
75 g/3 oz/1/3 cup unsalted
(sweet) butter
-
450 g/1lb/4 cups ground
almonds
-
25 g/1 oz/1/4 cup chopped
almonds
-
60 ml/4 tbsp clear honey
Method:
-
Cook the tagliatelle in salted water for 10
minutes until tender. Drain well.

Blend the cream, butter and ground almonds
together and mix with the tagliatelle.
-
Heat through. Spoon on to serving plates.
Sprinkle over the chopped almonds and drizzle
with the honey.
