Nectarines (Nettarine Caramellate) Recipe
Ingredients

250 ml/1 cup water
-
45 ml/3 tbsp clear honey
-
30 ml/2 tbsp light brown
sugar
-
6 fresh nectarines
-
45 ml/3 tbsp Grand Marnier
-
Whipped cream, to serve
(optional)
Method:

Pour the water, honey and brown sugar into a
saucepan and bring slowly to the boil.

Add the nectarines and poach for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish with a draining
spoon.

Pour the Grand Marnier into the saucepan and
boil for 3 minutes.
-
Pour over the nectarines and serve hot or cold
with whipped cream if liked.
