Ingredients
Method:
-
Grind the macaroons to a
powder and peel and quarter the figs.

Cut the sponge fingers in
half and line small individual bowls with them.

Add a layer of ice cream
and a layer of quartered figs. Sprinkle with
Marsala wine or liqueur.
-
Cover with powdered
macaroons and chill before serving. Garnish with
a cherry.
