Ingredients
Method:

Place all the ingredients
except the biscuits into the top half of a
double boiler over hot, but not boiling, water.

Whisk continuously for
15-20 minutes until the mixture thickens to a
smooth, foamy consistency.
-
Remove from the heat every
5 minutes but continue whisking.
-
Pour into decorative,
stemmed glasses and serve with the ratafia
biscuits. The mixture can be cooled and chilled,
if preferred.
