Ingredients
Method:

Split the fish
down the centre. Place on a grill (broiler) pan.

Put the olive oil in a saucepan with the bay
leaves and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the
vinegar and salt and pepper.

Brush a little of
the sauce over the mullet and grill (broil)
slowly for 8-10 minutes or until the flesh
flakes easily when tested with a fork, brushing frequently with the baste.
