Grilled Chicken Thighs (Coscette di Pollo alla Griglia)

Ingredients

12 skinless chicken
thighs
-
3 garlic cloves,
crushed
-
5 ml/1 tsp chili
powder
-
60 ml/4 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
-
45 ml/3 tbsp olive oil
-
45 ml/3 tbsp
tomato puree (paste)
-
Lime slices, to garnish
Method:
-
Make two shallow slits horizontally across the
surface of the thighs.
-
Blend the remaining
ingredients together and pour over the chicken.
Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours, turning over
occasionally.
-
Grill (broil) under a moderate grill
(broiler) for 15 minutes, turning frequently to
avoid burning. Serve garnished with slices of lime.
