Method:

Heat the oil and fry (sauté) the onion, garlic and
celery stick for 2 minutes.

Slice the lambs' liver
thinly and add to the vegetables. Cook for 5
minutes and stir in the wine, tomato puree and
capers.

Cook for 1 minute until the mixture has
thickened.
