Spaghetti with
Garlic Butter (Spaghetti con Burro all' Aglio) Recipe
Ingredients

75g/3 oz/1/3 cup
unsalted (sweet) butter
-
4 garlic cloves,
crushed
-
90 ml/6 tbsp chopped
fresh parsley
-
350 g/12 oz spaghetti
-
Salt and freshly
ground black pepper
-
75 g/3 oz/3/4 cup Pecorino cheese, grated
Method:
-
Melt the butter and add the garlic. Stir in the
parsley and cook over a low heat for 2
minutes.

Cook
the spaghetti in boiling salted
water for 8-10 minutes until tender, but still firm.
Drain.
-
Toss the spaghetti in the garlic butter,
season to taste with the salt and pepper and turn
into a warmed serving dish.

Serve sprinkled with the
cheese.
