Italian Recipes - Broad Bean and Tarragon Salad (Insalata di Fave e Dragoncella) Recipe
Ingredients
225 g/8 oz fresh or frozen broad (lima) beans
5 ml/1 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
60 ml/4 tbsp Creamy Italian Dressing
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Place the beans in a saucepan. Cover with lightly salted water and bring to the boil.
Cook for 20 minutes until tender and drain. Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle over the tarragon and Italian dressing.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
