Put the crabmeat in a bowl and break into
flakes. Chop the prawns and add
to the howl with the mayonnaise and grated lime
rind.

Season with the salt and pepper. Slice
the
bread thickly and spread with butter.

Spread the
crab and prawn mix thickly over the slices,
sandwiching two together,
and serve immediately.
