Method:

Put 4 soup plates in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Allow the sorbet to soften in the fridge for 20
minutes.

Puree for 20 seconds in a food
processor or blender, adding the vodka halfway
through.

Pour into the soup bowls. Sprinkle over the
lemon rind and garnish with the mint.
