Ingredients

3 eggs

120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2
cup milk

120 ml/4 fl oz/1/2
cup single (light) cream
-
100 g/4 oz/1 cup
hard cheese, grated

100 g/4 oz Mozzarella cheese,
chopped
-
1 onion, chopped
-
275 g/10 oz frozen
broccoli, thawed and chopped
-
25 cm/10 in pastry
case (pie shell)
Method:
-
Beat the eggs, milk, cream, cheeses, and onion
together and blend with the chopped broccoli.
-
Pour into the unbaked pastry case
and
cook
in a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5 for 45 minutes until set and
golden.

Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
